The AT&T tech practically lived on our street for a while. They told my neighbors that there was a problem at the local hub and our whole zone was affected. But we're getting (on average) 2-3x the speed down and 2x the speed up for about one third of what we were paying Xfinity (for broadband alone, no channels, no phones, nothing).
