Best way is with a vehicle with a drill. Vehicles take no fall damage. Very best way is with a vehicle, drill and paver. Make a ramp all the way to core, jump down to core leave vehicle at end of ramp. Do your core biz, then teleport back to surface. Then walk down to retrieve car. Or take tractor down to car then use packager on tractor.
